Annual Registration Mandatory Trainings

In order to finish the Annual Registration process with the Office of Student Engagement, all organization presidents are required to attend one Student Organization Orientation Training before Wednesday, September 29th. If the organization president does not attend a Student Organization Orientation Training, they will not be approved for their Annual Registration and will be placed on a frozen status until the fall semester. Please see below for dates and times of the additional sessions.

Student Organization Orientation Training Dates

In this training, you will learn about the policies which apply to student organizations, information on room reservations, and programs/services available to all registered student organizations. The trainings will also introduce students to CampusLINK, the student organization management system for Missouri State University. It allows organizations the opportunity to maintain their organization records and participate in electronic community that all students are encouraged to utilize to find out about events and organizations on campus. This training will walk you through the many capabilities of CampusLINK to best support your organization.

***Due to the current pandemic, all Student Organization Orientation Trainings will be over Zoom. 

Note: All student presidents must bring a laptop or tablet to the training (no smartphones).
