Note: All proposal forms must be typed and submitted by through CampusLINK. Physical and email submissions will not be accepted.
Use to apply for funding throughout the 2022-2023 fiscal year that runs from July 1st, 2022 through June 30th, 2023. Examples of funding options can be found in the SOFAC Funding Standards document located on the "Guidelines" page.
Use this form if you are a new organization this semester. This proposal allows your organization to apply for funding for the fiscal year after the deadline due to the New Organization process.
Use if your organization has advanced to the next stage of a competition/tournament. This must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event.
Use if your organization is new and wanting $100 to assist with marketing and recruitment costs. You have one year from the date your organization becomes officially registered to submit this request.
Use if a student from your organization has been invited to speak at an event based on work they have done in the organization. This must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event and is limited to $250.
