About KME
Kappa Mu Epsilon (KME) is an honor society in Mathematics with the goal of promoting the interest of mathematics among students. KME has chapters that are located in universities of recognized standing which offer a strong mathematics major. The chapters' members are selected from students of mathematics and other closely related fields who have maintained standards of scholarship, have professional merit, and have attained high academic distinction.
Some of the minimum requirements for a student to become a KME member are: overall GPA of a least 3.25, and at least three completed college mathematics courses, including MTH 280.

The annual KME National Convention was held April 9-11, 2015 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Three MSU students (Casey Cornelius, Meagan Leppien, and Mena Whalen) presented at the convention!!
