Another fun way to get to know each other better outside of the university setting and the weekly meetings. Come celebrate this fun-filled American tradition with your fellow international students. There will be prizes for the most original costumes. More information to follow. |

Saturday, November 14, 2015 |
This is the premier activity sponsored and organized by AIS. The international Banquet is the only premier event in the Springfield Community which offers a diverse showcase of all cultures represented in Missouri State student body. The first part of the banquet is food from 8-10 different countries, picked by experts and the menu changes every year. The second part of the banquet is a dreamy showcase of dances, skits, music from every corner of the world. PSU Ballroom & Theater, 5pm-9pm |

Thanksgiving Dinner |
Thanksgiving is one of the biggest holidays in the US. Come join other international students for a delicious traditional American Thanksgiving meal. | |

End of Year Party |

Let's get together, relax and have fun together to celebrate the end of the semester! After a busy semester we all deserve to unwind and hang out. AIS would also like to take this change to say thank you for everybody's hard work and effort! |

International Sharing Day |

This is a chance for all members to represent their countries and share aspects of their culture by setting up booths to display and/or hand out samples of their food, clothing, artifacts etc., all while dressed in traditional costumes. |

International Dance |
March 2016 |
Its time to show off the skills you earned during the Banquet. This event is designed to give everyone a chance to participate in exotic dances we performed during the banquet and get your groove on. |

Basketball Tournament |
You don't have to play like Coby Bryant, LeBron James, Seimone Augustus or Candace Parker... if you enjoy basketball and want to try it, you need to play in this tournament! | |

After a busy year of playing sports, dancing and all the fun we need to relax, the end-of-the-year party is just to serve this purpose. We also present AIS scholarships and announce next years officers. |
