Profesional Organization

The SME student chapter S184 is located on the Missouri State Campus in Springfield, Missouri. We are a small but growing organization dedicated to profesional enhancement in manufacturing technology. we organize and participate in activities such as plant tours, banquets, guest speakers, special projects, and much more. We strive for our members to gain a positive experience with everything we do. Robotics Club

Each semester the club participates in a competition project. The fall semester project is the robotics competition sponsered by the National Association of Industrial technology held at thier annual confrence. The spring semester project has been the Battlebots competition sponsered by BotsIQ. In the past the club has done exceptionally well in both competitions, never failing to place in the top three positions. this level of achievement can only happen with dedicated members. if you are interested in helping with our robotics projects, contact a member.
