Hermanas from all over came to Springfield to wish the sorority a happy 7th birthday! The celebrations included lots of fun, laughs, and food!

Fiesta Latina After Party
Come party with las hermanas! Lots of dancing and great Latino music. The party will be held from 11PM to 2AM at the Boys and Girls Club - Henderson Unit, at 1300 N. Boonville. Food and drinks will be provided.

4th Bi-Annual Fashion Show
The coquis will once again be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by displaying their cultural heritage through clothing. Expect music, dancing, and lots of fun.
The event will be held at 7PM at Carrington Auditorium on the SMS campus. See you there!

1st Annual Hispanic Showcase
Sigma Alpha Chi hosted the first Hispanic Showcase, which included dance performances from Grupo Latino and Monett High School, poetry readings, and a performance from the sorority. It was a great success and a ton of fun.
April 11-13, 2003:
6th Annual Founder's Day Celebration
The coquis invaded Kansas City to celebrate Sigma Alpha Chi, Latina Sorority's 6th year of existence. It was a remarkable accomplishment for a group of women who have strived to make their college experience the best it could ever be. Congratulations, hermanas!

3rd Bi-Annual Fashion Show
The Coquis hosted their third Fashion Show at the SMSU campus during Hispanic Heritage Month. It was a success! Way to go Coquis!
