What is Students in Design?
Students in Design is a student organization comprised of graphic design and illustration students that tries to further the students educational experiences. We do this through arranging visits from internationally renouned designers, organizing trips to locations such as New York City and Dallas, as well as creating opportunities for students to establish contacts inside of the profession.
What events are planned for this year?
We're planning a trip that will be over spring break to a major metropolitan area. Also, right after spring break, we'll be attending a student conference in Dallas. There is currently a Movie Poster Re-Design project on going. For More information Click here.
What are the expenses?
Generally, members are required to pay a small amount in dues to help pay for expenses involved in supplies for exhibitions and fundraising. As for the trips, prices will be set based on the amount of funding assitance we receive from the university and from our fundraising efforts.
