Derek Carter

Derek is a Junior at Missouri State University working toward a Major in Animal Science, and a Minor in Equine Studies.  He has been competing in rodeo since 2000.  He has competed in many associations including the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association, North American Bullriding Association, National Federation of Professional Bullriders, and International Professional Rodeo Association.  Some of his other hobbies include horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.  He is the son of Jack and Linda Carter from Ozark, MO.
