The Missouri State University Pre-Medical Society is a student organization dedicated to assisting undergraduates in their medical school endeavors. We offer informational meetings, volunteer and physician-shadowing opportunities, social and networking events, and a book exchange program to our members.

Our members are a highly diverse group of students helping each other attain a singular goal: acceptance to medical school. Membership provides opportunities to work and study with like-minded individuals; this environment is advantageous when studying for the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT), attempting to maintain a competitive grade point average (GPA), working through the medical school application process, and obtaining experience in the medical field.

We hold two meetings each month to make it more convenient for our members to attend. Each meeting features a different guest speaker who presents information about topics such as the MCAT, physician-shadowing, volunteering, application procedures, the Premedical Committee, and financial aid.

Join us at our next meeting or contact us.  We look forward to meeting you soon!
