We also ask that you fill out an informational form below for our chapter's records. Print and/or fill out these forms and turn them in to PAD's office (Strong 339).

Eligibility for Membership

1. Any student who is in attendance at Missouri State University carrying a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA and is in good standing with the university.

2. Meet financial obligations.

3. Be dully initiated into our chapter.
