Chapter VII, Section 3 of Chapter By-Laws

This committee shall have the responsibility of developing programs which shall aid in the professional development of the chapter members outside the regularly scheduled meetings. This committee shall plan, direct, and implement seminars, speaker programs, tours to legal bodies, public affairs service opportunities, and other programs designed to advance the professional development of members of this chapter.
