The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) is holding its 32nd annual conference in Orlando, FL April 27-29th celebrating the ways in which we have and are extending the influence of the field. This is an excellent opportunity for us to learn and make connections with others in our field. What is Industrial and Organizational Psychology?
Industrial-Organizational psychologists are behavioral scientists specializing in human behavior in the work place (SIOP website). I-O psychologists work as research scientists, consultants/staff in organizations, and teachers.
I-O psychologists work with organizations in a variety of areas, including:

- Employee Training and Development

What is the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Club?
Mission: The purpose of this organization is to promote interest in and knowledge about Industrial-Organizational Psychology among students enrolled at Missouri State University.
