Omicron Delta Kappa is a national leadership honor society.  This society that recognizes exemplary leadership, scholarship, and character. Membership is limited to those who have attained academic excellence and positions of leadership on campus in academic and extracurricular activities. It unites students and faculty at Missouri State University on a basis of mutual understanding. The national organization was formed on the campus of Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Virginia on December 3, 1914. There are currently more than 200 active circles at colleges and universities across America.
