SAC and the Missouri State Film Society are happy to announce the Student Media Festival at 7pm on Wednesday, April 30th, in the PSU theatre.

We’re now accepting entries in DVD format. Any piece over 10 minutes needs to be edited down to a trailer or teaser under 5 minutes in length.

All entries must be by currently enrolled MSU students and turned into PSU room 115 no later than 5pm on April 20th. Please attach a typed document with your name, student email address, telephone number, and running time of your piece.

We have big news and will begin preparations for the student media festival we’re throwing in conjunction with SAC. Attendance for officers is mandatory other members, non members, and any enrolled student interested in wining some excellent prizes or helping out with the production of a teaser are highly encouraged to show up. We’re moving forward on the Student media festival and will have updates and positions to discuss. If you have ideas for a Film Society promo piece to be screened before the festival and SAC showings please bring them. If the weather gets strange again check the university website. If evening classes are cancelled we’ll move the meeting to the Tuesday next.

We usually meet every second Tuesday at 7pm outside the theatre in the Plaster Student Union. Check back for upcoming screenings, events, and announcements. We're working with the Student Activities Council to set up a Student Film Festival with prizes for late spring.

I am Jack's wasted life

*Dang, you saw that asterick? Well, uh, yeah, we're the greatest as verified by 512 monkeys in a state asterological zoo confined by space in the meticulous outer limits of nebulous 6, and wow, you're still reading this? What do you want me to say? Stop it. Jeez. Don't you have better things to do? I gotta get to work. You mind? Hello? Yes, I am talking to you. Thanks. Just go over and stand in the corner. Face the wall. It'll be all better in the morning.
