Blair-Shannon Hall Council General Assembly Meeting October 16, 2006
I. Kevin Call to order 8:05 p.m. II. Lindsey Rec. Center information is further discussed a. Handouts of information on center is handed out b. Voting October 23-27 III. Amanda Homecoming queen candidate, be sure to vote!!! IV. Sabrina T-shirts vote will be next week, submit designs to front desk V. Anna Police recognition day on Oct. 17, poster of recognition will be made for officer of Blair-Shannon VI. Beth Study for Stars drawing a. Winners = Chad S. and Amanda D. VII. Chelsea continue participating in pop tabs a. Turn in at front desk by December 4 b. Habitat for Humanity November 11, if interested in volunteering, e-mail Chelsea VIII. Taylor survey will be put in mailboxes next week, turn back in to front desk IX. Caryn Sign up for intramurals at publicity board X. Brittany Schedule will be given out of listing major events during homecoming week a. $500 is asked to go towards homecoming week b. Vote is motioned by Gabbi and seconded by Dustin c. Vote is passed, $500 will be given to Brittany XI. Chris - $909.34 left in our budget a. Open Mic. Night December 4 XII. Sabrina RHA a. Hunt for Red Rocktober, we are losing to Freddy L, keep looking!!!!! XIII. SAC a. Upcoming events: Rock Star MSU, Project Runway, Rocky Horror Picture Show in PSU theatre XIV. Amanda Vines of Wine tomorrow!! Wine and cheese will be given out XV. HEAT a. Kevin heat MUST be turned on by November 1 b. Teresa once heat is turned on, it STAYS on! Put other peoples health conditions in mind c. Gabbi Motions heat to be turned on before November 1 and is seconded by Chelsea d. Vote passed, heat is to be turned on before November 1 XVI.
