Blair-Shannon Hall Council Executive Board Meeting October 9, 2006
I. Kevin call to order 8:05 p.m. a. BBQ get together for Exec. Board, possibly Thursday Friday or Saturday II. Sabrina spread the word for the t-shirt idea a. Harry Potter theme III. Chelsea Habitat for Humanity, November 11th, we will leave around 8 a.m. IV. Beth Family Feud this Wednesday in Grand Lounge a. Old blairstock t-shirts will be given out b. Motion for $25 to be given to Family Feud c. Motion passed, $25 will be given to program d. Brittany, Stephanie, and Sabrina will go around Tuesday and Thursday during the day and hand out studying stars V. Stephanie Hall council posters will be made for t-shirt voting and study for the stars VI. Anna October 17 is Judicial/police appreciation day, more will be discussed at GA meeting VII. Brittany if anyone has a SUV or truck and is interested in driving it in the parade, let Brittany know. VIII. Chris GA meeting last week was AWESOME!! a. If you have questions related to HC in general, ask Kevin and Sabrina, there are here to help us! b. Help Stephanie with posters PLEASE!! c. If you know you will not be attending a meeting, e-mail Erik and let him know so you will be excused. d. T-shirt ideas due to Sabrina by Friday IX. Heat meeting next week at the GA meeting. Have in mind if you want the heat turned on or not and when to turn it on. X. Amanda Homecoming candidate!!!!! a. Request for $100 b. Vote motioned by Beth and seconded by Brittany c. Vote passed, $100 to be given to Amanda XI. RHA Sabrina a. Canned food drive on October 18. b. Trying to set a world record for MSU c.
