Habitat for Humanity

Our campus chapter has four main functions:
  1. Construction and renovation of Habitat houses
  2. Raising funds for Habitat related projects
  3. Educating the Missouri State University campus and the Springfield community about the mission and work of Habitat for Humanity
  4. Advocating about the need for decent, affordable housing

Our chapter is but one facet of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry which seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness worldwide. To find out more about our chapter, check out the About Us page. To find out more about Habitat International, check out their website at www.habitat.org.
