Officers Meeting

I. Sarah will represent the GSC in the Grad Council from 3:30-5 pm on Wednesdays.
II. Meetings being in the PSU in one set room
a. We need to set meetings up for the next couple of months and let Rebecca know when she needs to book the room in the PSU.
III. Where is the disconnect in the emailing process?
a. How can we get the word out better about the GSC meetings.
b. Can Lee Wissmiller help us out in this situation?
c. Appoint Lee to Computer Services for the GSC.
IV. What are the best times for everyone to meet?
a. Time
b. Day
V. Amendment to the constitution regarding week/day of monthly meetings
a. Will let a committee handle the details.
VI. Build committee’s at the next meeting and get them started on their duties.
VII. Information sessions on campus link are available, you have to sign up for certain dates, only happens once a month
