I hereby wish to express my interest in becoming a pledge of the Beta Mu Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega for Fall 2010. As a Pledge, I promise to:
  • carry myself in such a manner that represents Alpha Phi Omega with dignity and respect
  • stay in good academic standing with the university
  • commit to a minimum of 20 hours of service during the semester
  • help plan and carry out a pledge service event
  • attend at least one social event
  • pay all dues and fees in a timely manner as outlined in the bylaws
  • wear my pledge pin as designated and to special events
  • be a friend to my brothers and others around me
  • be a leader
  • be of service to all in need
  • attend weekly group meetings and biweekly pledge meetings as scheduled unless extenuating circumstance prevent me. If that is the case, I will contact a member of the Executive Board ASAP to explain my absence
